    Default need anxiety relief

I'm relatively new to the world of medical marijuana and I was wondering if someone could tell me a good strain to relieve social anxiety and also one that reduces anxiety and is an easy grower since I don't have much experience. Any help would be much appreciated

Any pure, or close to pure, indica strain should do the trick. Indica relaxes, sativa makes me feel speedy, in fact I call sativa speed weed because that is exactly how a good sativa makes me feel.

I really like OG Kush and some of its crosses for anxiety. Larry is a little racy for me, but others are great.

They can be a little heavy for some people tho, so go easy at first.

Some other induca strains that are great for anxiety with me are: God's Gift, Purple Cotton, Martian Candy OG. Good sativas would be: Dragon Fruit, Super Silver Haze. I also tried a new one this last week called Galadriel that was cross between C99 and Sour Diesel. It was great for my anxiety.

Like TMG said tho, Indica is a sure bet... But I included the sativas that work for me above in case you want to try them.
If God intended for us to use marijuana, He would have made it a plant and put it everywhere... wait a second!

I've never heard anyone say that a sativa helps them with anxiety. A sativa really brings it on for me. That's good to know that they work for some people.

Ya I think it's probably to do with how the anxiety manifests for each person. In my case it's PTSD related so I have almost a "downer" kind of anxiety where I get bogged in nervousness and indecision about taking on the day. The right Sativa can clear up that nervousness and feelings of being overwhelmed with some nice energy.. That gets me out the door and in the sun, which dramatically improves my mood.

Granted as you said its more of a crapshoot than an indica. I think only some sativas would be a good fit.

I really appreciate the help guys. I ordered some indica ruderalis from sensi seeds. I know it's not high in thc but it has pretty good cbd levels. I figured it would be the best for my experience level which is close to none. I'm going to try to get the ladies goin on a home made dwc system. Hopefully this all works out and I can stay anxiety free.
