Thread: OG strains/crosses and their differences

Hi,

I thought this might be a good place to talk about OG's, as there are so many and they are so popular with all of us. Consider this more of a n00b thread for those of us who are newer patients.

I took a long hiatus from marijuana (14 years) and so am a bit out of the loop with things. I'll start with my own n00b question. This is not a growing question, but a straight up smoker's question about OG strains.

Which OG strains are more uplifting or likely to give one energy to get stuff done? Are all of them knock-out styles?

I'm looking for something thats going to give me that first 20-30 minute OG caffeine rush kinda deal but plateau into some energy instead of breaking me down to retardation (which is great at night but not so helpful during the day).
