Book wise I'm reading the Sookie Stakhouse novels that the show True Blood is based on but I prefer to read comic books and graphic novels like The Walking Dead
, Y the Last Man, Black Hole, and My personal favorite graphic novel right now is The Boys and thats about some bad ass mother fuckers that keep superheroes in check because someone's gotta do it.

The Boys sounds like a good one. The last gn I've read was Transmetropolitan. It's a dark satire of our inevitable political future.

I know its one of my favorite shows that's why I had to get all of the books.
I lent chubbs a 28 days later comic book that had just started coming out last week so its issue number one and I'm planning on getting the ones that will be coming out in the future because its actually pretty cool.
Yea the boys is definitely the shit and then there is this series called herogasm that picks up where the boys left off. I've never heard of Transmetropolitan but it sounds interesting.Kate -

I read my grow books most days if only a couple pages on some topic I'm particularily interested in at that time. Along with grow info online including HydroCanna
.
I have mostly read Fiction in the past, usually stuff passed on from others in my family, no authors in particular but mysteries and action shit.
Nowadays Im trying to actually learn something interesting, I've taken to buying my own Non-Fictions on topics I enjoy.
I'm reading several of these slowly and at the same time depending on what I feel like reading about. Kind of hectic but it's working well for me.
Charles Darwin's "On The Origin of Species,"
"God Isn't Great: How Religion Poisons Everything" by Christopher Hitchens
"Why I Am Not A Christian And Other Related Essays" by Bertrand Russell
And then I have "The God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins for when I finish those other two about religion.
Also a couple of Einstein's, "The World As I See It" and "Ideas And Opinions."
Hawking's "A Brief History Of Time."
And theres many more that I've gotten recently that I plan on reading once I get through some of the ones Im currently reading.
to name a few...
"The Communist Manifesto" Karl Marx
"History of Western Philosophy" Bertrand Russell
"Beyond Good and Evil" Friedrich Nietzsche
"The Geneology of Morals" Friedrich Nietzsche
Oh I also just read the first book in the series "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" which I enjoyed much more than I thought I would."The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed." -Albert Einstein

Good book, brit. Its a quick read so you might not put it down for very long.
Just read V for Vendetta the graphic novel, much better than the movie and a long overdue read. Anyone into comics should check it out along with Sleeper by Ed Brubaker, very ambiguous and intelligently written stories.
Right now tho I'm reading One Shot One Kill, a story of sniper encounters in modern warfare from WWI up to Desert Storm."I am opposed to any form of tyranny over the mind of man." -Thomas Jefferson
"New opinions are always suspected, and usually opposed, without any other reason but because they are not already common." -John Locke
"I believe in God. Only I spell it Nature" -Frank Lloyd Wright
