Thread: leasing grow rooms in michigan

i've got a building that i've thought of converting to individual grow spaces to lease . if each room is a locked facility rented by different people is that legal ?

i think it would follow under the guidelines as a collective- def something i would search and get a def answer on before i opted to do that-
but it has pros and cons- you would have to provide or either require insurance on each unit-
and the major con is if it ever got raided legal or not- everyone suffers as a whole-
you would make more money and have less legal issues if you just used the space yourself under your own medical licensing and grow lots of high end product-
or rent the entire space to a grower, just a single individual and play dumb dumb had no idea landlord

sometimes the great gods of ganja show their love . just as i'm thinkin of doin this thing , the local co-op takes a hit over the same basic thing . i know these guys and know how dedicated they are to makin this business grow annd keeping it legal. i'm a simple kind a guy and have no need for the exposure , so my plan is to kick back and grow the best i can and continue to enjoy the benefits of my ladies.

i like the sound of this. i live in ohio and looking to move but i dont know any peeps in the medical states. if you find any more about this i would really like to hear about it.
