newbee
Greetings fellow gardeners. I am denbee and I am new here but I am not a new grower. I am experienced with hydro moreso than soil growing. I am 63 years old, a Vietnam vet, a 40+ year user of maryjane. I have watched many changes, both in techniques and attitudes concerning maryjane and I learn more everyday. I am a believer in that which is simple. When I did my first hydro 35 years ago I grew in a trough of gravel using Miracle Grow mixed in solution. I used a MH light for both vegging and budding... It was an overwhelming success! My point is simplicity and common sense can often replace hoards of money and mistakes. Patience is the most difficult of all the virtues of a gardener. It too must be nutured and grown and coddled. Of all the mistakes that injure a garden it can be said that most can be linked to a lack of patience. Especially so in our hurry up society of today. Be gentle, be patient and listen to your girls. Feel them with your hands and hold them. Come to know each one's wants and needs, they will all differ a little. Gardening is a personal experience of creation. Someone once said that gardening is as close to knowing the mind of God as a man can get. I believe that.

welcome.
Well spoken, glad you joined. I just joined today and need some real valuable experience. I believe that simplicity is the one of the keys to success, along with patience and perseverance.
