I do it if I want to keep a strain - but some of my best WILL NOT stop flowering on 24hr light
they say regeneration should only be done as a last resort
always take a clone b4 flowering

but YES I DO IT ALL THE TIME

some come back out really quick without any delay - especially the lower limbs that haven't really started flowering as much - even the ones that won't stop flowering - just keep it if you want it - it will come back around eventually - a little one doesn't take up too much space

    clone first - skip regen
if you want to keep a strain & you did not clone ---- by all means regen Thank God I regenerated those strains
I would be lost without them

I don't know anything about nitro - I use only soil & water - no fertilizer of any kind EVER - I make a little compost & mix it in with my soil - I reuse everything - soil - Perlite - I clone in perlite - I just rinse the perlite in boiling water to clean it & then I reuse indefinitely - same soil over & over as well - I just add homemade compost every now & then

I think fertilizer kills from the inside out - nitro destroys the plants ability to take in nutrients through the roots - I believe & they won't clone anymore - fertilizer is harmful & not necessary in my opinion - a disposable plant is one thing - but if you want to keep something alive - I would not use fert - that's just me though - I'm new - what do i know ?

Re-veg...nothing to it...i put plants in the ground...set some pots out...TOO EARLY...everything flowered...the ones in the ground i left alone..the ones in the pots i took the top colas and left the lower buds on...when light reached 14 hrs they all started revegging...or you can put your pots under 24/0 lighting and they will reveg...i don't run my grow rm in the summer...i let nature do her work...
