hydr, that querkle was heat stressed though. that is going to have a big effect on terpene production and THC, along with a bunch of other hormonal processes. not exactly apples to apples when compared to just pollinating an otherwise healthy, happy plant.

It doesnt seem unreasonable that due to reproduction the internal processes and hormonal functions are fundamentally different when pollinated versus unpollinated. I don't think THC production stops completely, just going by the functions... pistils are for pollination, not THC or trichomes. Once pollinated, pistils die. Job done. Resin, however, continues to develop. They contain terpenes and THC. Maybe the ratios of cannabinoids change or the levels drop off slightly, I haven't noticed anything myself and we've recently been smoking seeded and non-seeded bud from loco's recent run.

I agree w/Vader based on my experiences... definite loss in yield, but that seems to be it. Testing it would be great though, having some results on paper to compare head to head would help clear up a lot of uncertainty.

Yes I should have mentioned that heat stress would reduce quality, that's an obvious though.

So would appearance be the only draw back of nanners in strains with these" issues"
if plants don't change from being pollinated?

This depends not only upon the method(s) requested, but from which organization you are submitting. $50-$100 a sample

Yeah, I joined the Empire and they did this to me. They gave me this condition. I comply with their rules and still they publicly deny me treatment forcing me to turn away from their ideals, their teachings!

They made me question what i had been told, now i can live free helping others question the Empire too

Even the late nanners .. There are generally so few of them that they are simply just plucked off or fall of during the curing process and wind up in the shake at the bottom of the jars ..

    $50-100 .. Thats not bad ..

Maybe I'll send some samples out this summer just for shits and giggles .. ..

these indicas are ~~~ JUST FREAKING BLACK
    Sleep problem solved

reply to post#4 I do the same thing but I only pollinate the top cola because I am assuming the best growth hormones are there

Wow - all I can say is what a perfect start on the Sativa Project
perfect example of why you should breed - that was a random seed - not even one of the documented strains - I'll put light of jah into it next which may slow it down - but , I can breed the slowness right back out - I have a super fast strain - clones roots grows flowers finishes --all extremely fast - I breed all my seeds with it - It's a random seed as well so I called it Kudzu

    # ** is braindead frosty solid chunk type stuff
when I said braindead what I meant was braindead

    #** is light of Jah
my strain may already be perfect I dunno - I want to make the leaves really skinny since it's the sativa

I bread the Frankenstein monster with mad professor - It should be just freakin scary -

I quit growing everything except the Kudzu because it's sooooooooooooo fast

trying to use up the older seeds first - my grow room is
31 inches by 47 inches 62 inches high there is a top shelf with a card table on it & a couple of blankets over it for the sleep room - 3 4 foot florescent fixtures - the regular $6 dollar kind that take 2 tubes - 2 tubes cost $6 - only using 2 - 2cooler lights in one fixture for 24hr vege & 1cooler & 1warmer tube for flowering 12&12 - some times I move some to 8 hours light so they'll finish really fast

I'll only sprout 3 seeds @ a time & keep the producer producing clones while I work on the 1 sativa project & the 1 indica project - I have super mean males as well ~ like the mad professor

could fire up the third light ~ but I'm not going to - it's medicine

Hong kong skyline is the new skyscraper in town
hong kong skyline beat out avatar ~ avatar is some of my favorite kind but it's not a big yielder & it's slow as hell ~ avatar passed away today ~ hong kong is the same stuff on roids ~
    110% improvment
it's already in the system ~-~ all it can do is improve now

I don't know what landrace means - so Ilooked it up & found Kazakhstan Ruderalis

among many other strains ~ but Franco explained Landrace
    now I know

enough of this madness ~ send the ninjas over here with the best daytime strain - don't steal anything - don't poison anything - don't mess with me - just put the seeds next to my bed in the little bag in the little box - here's what I need -#1 I need my brain - #2 I need to concentrate - #3 I need to be awake - #4 I need energy - #5 must be a big yield strain - I have no room & I have to keep my plants small , - so anything that is slow or does not produce a high yield is impossible & unacceptable
my main medical reason for cannabis is insomnia
but for day time --- sometimes I am angry
main cause of anger = B.S.

BOOM~see that's what I'm talking about right there -early harvest sativa ~ the best part about bag seed ~if a strain is not a keeper & taking up productive space you get to harvest Early ~ I Love early harvest ~ not only that , ~ you may find a super strain as well
even if it was legal , I still couldn't afford it
